IN STORE RETURNS

At Bellwether, we strive to bring you one of a kind and unique items. Our merchandise changes daily and many styles sell out soon after arrival! In order to continue with this mission, our return policy is as follows:

We encourage you to try on all clothing and accessories while in store!

If you are unhappy within 14 days of your purchase we will gladly give you store credit for the monetary amount you paid. 

Items exchanged must be unworn, without odor and have tags on!

No credit card or cash refunds will be given; no exceptions!

ONLINE RETURNS

We inspect all items prior to shipping and reserve the right to deny a return if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy criteria.

If you are unhappy within 14 days of your online purchase we will gladly exchange the item or give you store credit for the monetary amount you paid. No credit card refunds will be given.

Items exchanged must be unused, unworn, without odor and in the same condition you received it.

Return shipping fee's are the responsibility of the customer.

Online orders can also be returned in-store for exchange or store credit only.

To return your product for store credit, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service, purchasing shipping insurance and selecting 'Return Signature Required'. We are not responsible for packages not received.
